Hmm, I just made a fresh install of rFactor lite, and followed up with:

F1 2009 Track Pack
F1 2009 Base
F1 2009 2.1 full
(all downloaded from the download section on this site)

When I enter the game, I only see "Kodi" with the subfolder "2005 ZR" and in that folder is the Team rFactor car. The only available option in Racing Series, is "All Tracks and Vehicles".

I've checked my rFactor folder, and under GameData\Vehicles\, there is a folder called f12009 (331 MB). Further in I find a folder called Teams (234 MB) which has all ten teams. Why don't I see these cars in the game?

check for the  C:\Program Files\rFactor\rFm\F1CF12009.rfm file

go to the Player section in the menu & select "Racing Series" F1 2009.

then, select a car from that menu, too

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, I don't have this file. I have F12009.rfm, but not F1CF12009.rfm.

Could I possibly have messed up something in the installation?

First, the track pack, which is 567315 kb
Second, the Base, which is 227545 kb
Third, your mod, v2.1 full, which is 94 264 kb

I guess I could uninstall and try again...

just do these, nothing else:

1. create a NEW / EMPTY folder

2. install  F1 2009  2.1 Full 92.05 MB to that folder ["Downloads" above]

3 check THAT FOLDER for rFm\F1CF12009.rfm file

Indeed it does. Should I just copy it over manually, or should copy over the entire new folder in case there are other missing files?
