I suggest you turn OFF chat 'In Car'

UserData/<YourPlayerName>/Multiplayer.ini file

Allow Chat In Car="0" // whether to allow incoming chats to appear while in car

My CHAT is OFF when I'm on the track, so I had no idea there was a problem @ Bahrain
