error 11FD

Had to reinstall windows on my machine, so had to reinstall rfactor and F1 mod. have installed up to 1.2 with no problems.
Now when i go to install 1.3 i get the following error

any ideas.

i have allready uninstalled and reinstalled the game.

download 1.3 again
